Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh, Proprietor of OP No.2 appeared in person and has suffered a statement that OP No.2 is ready to replace the mobile of complainant of model Q4311 with complete accessory within 15 days from today. He has received the old mobile in question from counsel for complainant with accessory.

Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. Mahesh Inder Singh, Proprietor of OP No.2. In view of the statement suffered by OP No.2 he withdraws the present complaint on beha1f of complainant.

In view of the statements suffered by OP No.2 as well as counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
