Both these appeals are directed against common order dated 25.02.2005 passed by Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Hyderabad in CD No.8/2000 and are listed for final hearing today. However, Astha Tyagi, Advocate, learned counsel representing Tata Engineering & Locomotive Co. Ltd. and Mr. Maruti Rao, Advocate, learned counsel representing Sai Durga Granties Pvt. Ltd. state that they have reached an amicable settlement in regard to the subject matter of the present appeals and in terms of the said settlement, appellant Tata Engineering & Locomotive Co. Ltd. has delivered a demand draft in the sum of Rs.4.35,000/- to M/s Sai Durga Granites Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Rao confirms receipt of this amount. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, appeals are disposed of and complaint will be deemed to have been withdrawn. No order as to costs in these proceedings.
