The complainant and the OP No. 1 files a joint compromise petition supported by affidavit through their respective ld. Advocates stating that by intervention of common friends, inmates and well-wishers of both the parties to the case, the petitioners have agreed between themselves has been amicably settled amongst them on compromise in terms mentioned and agreed upon set out in the SCHEDULE – “A” of the compromise petition and the complainant prays for passing an order on compromise in final form for ends of justice and for interest of justice because both the parties want to end the litigation.

 

As the litigant parties by filing conjoint petition supported by affidavit have stated that the matter has amicably been settled out of this Forum and pray for dropping the present Consumer Complaint, we are of the considered view that the prayer of the parties should be allowed.

 

Hence, it is

 

O r d e r e d

 

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 228/2017 be and the same is disposed of on compromise settlement. There is no order as to costs.

 

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
