The record is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

The complainant Dipankar Mishra  along with his Ld. Advocate  is present.

The OPs namely Dulu Chakraborty and Anuj Chakraborty are present along with their Ld. Advocate.

Heard both sides.

Both parties are agreed to dispose of the case on the following conditions:-

That the OPs will pay a total amount of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand) only by 6(six) monthly installments to the complainant @ Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only ) each within 15^th day of each succeeding month till the payment of Rs.1,80,000/- .

Considered.

Accordingly,  it is

this case is disposed of in terms of the above compromise in between the parties.

The OPs are directed jointly and severally to pay a sum of Rs.1,80,000/-( Rupees one lakh eighty thousand only )  by six monthly installments of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand only) each to the complainant  by Bank Draft/NEFT within 15^th day of each succeeding month till the realization of the total amount, failing which the amount which shall not be paid within six months , shall carry interest @ 6% p.a. till realization.

The first installment of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty  thousand only) shall be paid by the OPs within 15^th day  of July,2024.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
