Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission.

 Complainant is present in person.

The record is taken up for hearing on the point of admission. At the time of hearing it is found that there are some clerical mistake in the complaint petition. Complainant Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandy/ Manoj Kumar Pandey verbally submits that he is not press the same complaint petition and also pray to file  the complaint  afresh.

Accordingly the Complainant not presses the same in the original complaint petition.

Let the petition be kept in the record. The matter is dropped according to the prayer made by the complainant with a liberty to the Complainant to file the same case afresh before this Commission.
