Considering the facts of the case, we deemed it proper to impose costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid jointly and severally by the complainant and OP No. 2, bank, to OP No. 1, builder. OP No. 2, bank will be ebtitled to recover the same from its Branch Manager, Shri. Dinesh Kumar, after holding proper inquiry. Costs to be paid within 30 days failing which they shall carry interest at the rate of 9% until they are paid.
