Shiv Kumar Versus Duggal Mobile Centre etc.

CC No. 437 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Shiv Kumar complainant in person.

               Sh. Himanshu Jain C/o Vipan Electronics Dhawan Complex,Jagadhri on behalf of OPs.

 

 

                        Sh. Himanshu Jain s/o Sh. Ramesh Chander Jain appeared on behalf of OPs and made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties.  As per compromise, OPs are ready to replace the old mobile set X-Peria F-3116 with new one of same model and also ready to pay Rs. 1000/-  within a period of 15 days which has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant. Hence, as per compromise, we direct the OPs to replace the old mobile set with new one of same model and to pay Rs. 1000/- within a period of 15 days failing which complainant shall be entitled to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. Parties are bound by their statements recorded in the Forum separately. The present complaint stands partly allowed in the above terms.  Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
