Present:          Shri Vikas Kamboj, Advocate for complainant.

                       

           

                        Case is fixed for 25.09.2017, today counsel for the complainant has filed an application  for putting up the case and wants to withdraw the same. Heard. On the written request of the counsel for the complainant file taken up today, Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that  order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remain towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application. Heard, in  view of the statement the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
