Present: Sh. Randeep Singh complainant in person with counsel Sh. Karan Singh, Advocate.

 

                        Complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and now nothing remains towards the OPs. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
