Nikhil versus Duggal Mobile Centre etc.

CC No. 303 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Charan Singh, Advocate, counsel for complainant. 

              Sh. Brijesh Chauhan Advocate, counsel for OPs No. 2 to 4. 

 

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat. As both the parties have compromised in National Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2016, Learned counsel for the OPs No.2 to 4 Sh. Brijesh Chauhan as well as counsel for complainant have given their statements to this Forum recorded separately. As per compromise, Ops No. 2 to 4 are ready to replace the defective mobile of the complainant  with same model or upgrade model subject to deposition of old mobile alongwith accessories within a period of 30 days and counsel for the complainant is ready to accept the same. Both the parties shall be bound by their statements. As per compromise the OP No.2 to 4 are directed to replace the old mobile with new one within a period of 30 days otherwise complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. The present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
