      The case record is put today for passing final order. Peruse the case record. It is seen that the complainant has not been attending the commission since 08.06.2018.He has also not complied the order of the commission dt.08.06.2018.In the said order the complainant is being directed to take fresh steps against. O.P for service of notice since the registered post against O.P returned back with postal endorsement “no such addressee” moreover, this complainant is of the year, 2018 and despite sufficient opportunities the complainant is not taking interest to proceed with his case. Peruse the complaint as submitted. In this case he also not submitted any affidavit evidence nor has filed any reliable document to substantiate his stand. It is well settled that a case can not be decided on, unless sufficient opportunities of being hard is given to O.Ps. Not taking steps against O.P shows that he do not want to proceed further.

     Regard being had to the facts and circumstances, we are of the view that complainant is liable to be dismissed since further pending will not serve any useful purpose.

    Case disposed of without cost and compensation.

        Order pronounced in the open court this the day of 17^th April, 2023 under the seal and signature of this commission. Free copy of order be supplied to the parties, if applied for.
