Sanjeev Kumar Vs. DTDC Courier & Ors.

 

Present:       Shri Sandeep Dandyan, Advocate for the DH.                         

                    Shri Gaurav Bansal, Advocate for the JD No.1.

      Shri Raman Kr, rep. for the JD No.2.

      Shri B.S. Walia, Advocate for the JD No.3.

                                                         

Shri Hirender Kumar, Executive for DTDC JDs No.1 & 3 has made a statement that he has given a cheque bearing No.830284 dated 04.03.2020 amounting to Rs.26,800/- to decree-holder. 

Learned counsel for the DH has also made a statement that he has received the above said cheque. Now nothing due remains against JDs. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present execution and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present execution is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
