ORDER

     As per the statement made by the complainant on 11.05.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, Sh.B.S.Walia, Counsel for OP has transferred Rs.7,000/- in the account of wife of the complainant namely Mrs.Ratna Johari in full and final settlement of the present matter. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
