ORDER

Per Mr.S.R.Khanzode, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member

There is delay of 24 days in filing appeal.  It is submitted that delay is not intentional or malafide and there is substantial question of law involved about consumer in relation to the applicant/appellant.  This application is opposed by the opponent stating that there is no satisfactory reasons are given.  However, considering the facts that delay is short, not intentional and it involved a substantial question to be decided as to whether complainant is a consumer within the meaning of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, we find, it would be just and proper to condone the delay and the reasons mentioned can be taken as sufficient reasons to condone the delay.  Hence, the order :-

              -: ORDER :-

1.   Application is allowed.  Delay is condoned.

2.   Appeal be listed for hearing on admission to 10/12/2010.
