COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Sh. Ashok Kumar, Advocate along with Complainant.

                   Sh. Hirender Kumar, Authorised Representative of OP.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OP. Sh. Hirender Kumar has appeared by filing authority letter along with copy of his identity proof.

                    At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that she has received a Demand Draft bearing No. 823499 dated 22.09.2023, amounting to Rs. 45,000/- drawn at Axis Bank Ltd. from Shri Hirender Kumar, Authorized representative of the OP, in lieu of full and final settlement of the claim and that now, nothing remains due against the OP; hence, she withdraws the present Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
