S. K. Bansal, Advocate counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties. He has received a Demand Draft bearing No. 997235 dated 08.06.2023 amounting to Rs. 10,000/- on behalf of complainant as full and final settlement of the claim of complainant.
