Case record put up. Complainant absent without any steps. Opposite Party present through Shri M.R.Islam. This Commission observed that the Complainant has been absent since 2018, he briefly appeared through learned counsel Shri K.Warjri on 19.04.2022, 24.05.2018, 28.06.2018 thereafter there was no representation from the part of the Complainant till date.

This Commission observed that the Complainant has continually been absent which gives the impression that he is not interested in persuing this case. Keeping in mind that this is a 2017 case, the Commission would not like to prolong the matter due to non appearance of the Complainant. Hence the case is dismissed.
