Aayushi Versus DTDC.

 

Present:       Shri Rajnish Kaushik, Adv. for the complainant.

                    Respondents No.1 & 2 ex-parte.
                    (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.3&4).

 

                Counsel for the complainant suffered separate statement, according to which, a compromise has been arrived between the parties and respondents have made payment of Rs.17,000/- as full and final settlement by way of cheque bearing No.270489 dated 23.05.2021. Photocopy of said cheque retained on record.

                   In view of statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. File be consigned to records.
