1.     DTDC Express Limited, Regd. office:- no.3, Victoria Road, Bengalluru-560047, through its MD/Authorized Signatory.

2.     Gulshan Kumar, Sakshi Services, shop no.4, adjoining Bikaner Sweet shop, Civil Hospital chowk being agent/Distributor.

 

                                                                        …..Opposite parties.

 

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case was fixed for compromise. Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.    

                  In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
