Heard Mr. Abdul Rahaman, the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant.  After considering the contention of the Complainant and considering the contents of the complaint as we find that the proceeding has been over-valued and the compensation claimed is disproportionately high to the goods sent and courier charge, has been allegedly lost, complaint is dismissed.  But we make it clear that we have not decided any of the questions on merit and the Complainant is entitled to file appropriate complaint before appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
