                   Sh.Gurpreet Singh, Authorized Signatory of applicant/Aero Club (Woodland) has come present and has suffered a statement that he has received cheque bearing no.177170 dated 23.2.15 amounting to Rs.34,995/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. as full and final payment of the claim. As such, he does not want to proceed with the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

                    In view of statement suffered by Sh.Gurpeet Singh, Authorized Signatory of Aero Club/applicant, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
