Angul Bar association has intimated vide letter No.290/dtd.31.03.2021 that all the members advocates have suspended their court work  from  01/04/2021 to 31/04/2021 due to Covid-19 &  have requested the P.O not to pass any adverse order in any cases due to none filing of steps. So put up the case on later for show cause by OPs.  

Later-   Advocate for the complainant is present & has filed a memo stating therein that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case & to drop the case.

             In view of the above memo filed by ther complainant, the case is dropped & closed.
