This case coming on 12.08.2014 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri M.V. Jagannadha Rao & Sri Gokeda Appa Rao, Advocates for the Complainant and for the Opposite Parties appeared inperson  and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:
