                    Mr. Manjeet Kundu, counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties as per settlement deed dated 21.12.2023. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Manjeet Kundu, learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
