28.7.17.                      Shri Akash Sahu, learned counsel for complainant.

                                    Heard.

                                    By order dated 12.7.2017 learned counsel for the complainant was directed to satisfy us for opting the jurisdiction of this Commission by claiming Rs.25 lacs as compensation.

                                    At this stage, learned counsel seeks to withdraw this complaint with the liberty to file the complaint before the District Forum according to law.

                                    In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the complainant, with liberty aforesaid, this complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.
