According to office report dated 28.02.2022, the court notice was issued to the appellant on 22.01.2022.

Tracking report has been submitted by the office, according to which, the court notice has been delivered to the appellant, but inspite of that none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

This appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 21.09.2019 passed by the District Commission, Dehradun in consumer complaint No. 41 of 2018; Sh. Kushlanand Nautiyal Vs. D.R.M., Northern Railway and another, by which the consumer complaint filed by the appellant / complainant has been dismissed.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
