                        Today complainant has made a statement that he has received a DD No.088858  dated 12.10.2023 amounting to Rs.5000/-  and thus his grievance has redressed and he withdraw the complaint. Copy of the DD placed on record.

                        In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
