Final Order / Judgement

                   Due to non-filing of registered cover etc., notice to opposite parties was not issued. A date is requested by the counsel for the complainant for compliance. Heard. But RC etc. has not been furnished by the complainant. Despite availing so many opportunities from 18.01.2024, 07.03.2024, 23.04.2024 and 12.06.2024. . Thereafter, this case was adjourned for service of the Ops on filing of registered copy etc. but the complainant has failed to make compliance of this order at so many occasions. Even he has not made any efforts to make compliance of the order of this Commission despite the fact last opportunity was granted. Hence, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.           

File be consigned after due compliance.
