It is submitted by the learned counsel for the complainant that for similar reliefs he had filed a complaint petition no. 437 of 2021 before the RERA in which final order dated 24.08.2021 has been passed as such he prays for withdrawal of complaint case for which he has filed an application for withdrawal of case duly sworn by the complainant. Accordingly complaint case is dismissed as withdrawn. 

            A copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost as mandated by the C.P. Act, 2019. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the State Commission.

         Let the file be consigned in the record room along with copy of this order.
