Parties are present. 
Petition filed by the o.p. dt. 21/05/2013 challanging the maintainabity of the case on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction is taken up for hearing.
Heard both sides.
Considered the entire materials on record the petition of complaint in particular goes to show that the valuation of property in question amounts to Rs. 20,03,750/- and which is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum.
In view of the above position instant complaint stands rejected for want of pecuniary jurisdiction.
Complainant is at liberty to file complaint afresh before the appropriate Forum on the same self cause of action.
A plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
