CC No. 204 of 2016.

 

Present: Dr . Baldev Raj Gandhi complainant in person with counsel Sh. Naresh Sharma.

              Sh. S.C.Jindal, Advocate, counsel for Op No.1.

              Sh. Rajiv Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of OPs. However, complainant made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint because compromise has been effected with the OPs with the intervention of respectable persons. He further stated that his original treatment record may kindly be returned and further stated that he has received the original documents today from this Forum after tendering the photo copies of Annexure C-1 to C-16.  

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
