          This consumer complaint coming up before us on 09.12.2021 and  this Commission made the following:-                                             

Docket order

            No representation for complainant. Opposite parties present.  This Complaint is posted today for filing of proof affidavit of complainant. When the matter was called at 10.30 a.m the complainant was not present  hence,  passed over and  called again at 12.15 pm, then also the complainant have not appeared and also not filed proof affidavit. Hence keeping the complaint  pending is of no use as parties are not interested in prosecuting the case.

           Hence the complaint  is dismissed for default.  No order as to cost.
