            No representation for complainant and OP 1 & 2. Opposite parties 4 & 5 present. The counsel for the complainant had represented that she has given change of vakalath long back. Hence a notice has been ordered by this Commission to the complainant. In spite of service of notice as per the track record the complainant did not appear. There is no representation for the complainant also. Though the complaint is of the year 2015 the complainant did not show any interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Hence keeping the complaint  pending is of no use as complainant is  not interested in prosecuting the case.

          Hence the complaint is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
