Today is fixed for argument. Op side files hazira through hid Ld advocate on record Ld advocate for OP is present and submits that for last few dates of argument complainant not took any steps save & except last two days 18.7.18 & 8.05.2018,

It appears that on the last date i.e. 19.11.18 complainant did not take any steps.

On this date also complainant has repeated calls neither the complainant nor the Ld advocates on his behalf is found present.

It is now 12.25 p.m. Proper fees paid It is considered that complainant It is considered that complainant is not willing to proceed with case.

Hence   it is,

That the instant case be & the same is dismissed for default.
