Complaint coming up for hearing on admission today, the Forum deliver the following.
Heard the complainant. Complainant alleges medical negligence against opposite parties. On verification of the complaint, it is found that the Forum lacks jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. None of the opposite parties resides within the jurisdiction of the Forum and no cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of the Forum. Hence with out going into the merits of the case, complaint is dismissed with direction to approach appropriate forum for relief.
