Case called out repeatedly. Complainant and opposite party No.2 are absent. Opposite party No.3 is present through Counsel. It appears from perusal of the record that, the case has been received by transfer from District Consumer Forum-II, Agra on 31/07/2017. Since then, none has appeared on behalf of both the parties. Today only, the Learned Counsel for opposite party No.3 is present before this Forum. It also appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant was not appearing before District Consumer Forum-II much prior to the transfer of present case. The complainant has also not filed rejoinder affidavit, after filing of the counter affidavits by the opposite parties. In view of the above, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The case is dismissed in absence of both the parties. Let record be consigned.
