          By filing the present transfer application under Section 17A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, Geeta Devi and others-complainants seek transfer of Complaint No.227 of 2013, titled Geeta Devi and others versus Dr. Rajnish Yadav pending before District Consumer Forum, Narnaul to another District Consumer Forum. 

2.      It is alleged that Sh. Budh Dev Yadav, President, District Consumer Forum, Narnaul is maternal uncle of Dr. Rajnish Yadav-opposite party-respondent.  To support the same, pedigree table has been attached.

3.      During the course of hearing, it has been agreed between both the parties that the complaint be transferred to any other District Forum.

4.      In view of above, the complaint shall stand transferred to the District Forum, Gurgaon, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.

5.      The parties are directed to appear before the transferee District Forum on August 12^th, 2015. 

6.      Disposed of accordingly.
