Order No.15, Dated: 01.12.2017
The O.P. No.4 & 5 are present by filing haziras through their respective Ld. Advocates. The complainant and others O.P. are absent on call. Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. It reveals from the record that on earlier occasions the complainant was directed to file reply of the questionnaire filed by the O.P. No.1 & 2 separately. The complainant did not file any reply but takes several times to file reply. At last on 14.11.2017 the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution by the date fixed. But complainant did not comply the Forum’s direction and has not filed any reply of the show cause. This Forum found that the complainant has lost his interest to contest this case. The Forum has no alternative but to dismiss the case for non-prosecution. Hence, it is
Ordered
that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
