THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund a sum of Rs.83,510/- for the 1st operation with interest and also to refund a sum of Rs.79,676/- for the 2nd operation, etc. and also to refund a sum of Rs.1,19,394/- for third operation and to refund a sum of Rs.65,000/- incurred for taking medicines and also to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

        Both parties and counsels filed duly signed Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of court.  The Joint Compromise Memo form part of the decree.
