          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay a sum of Rs.66,500/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of  both complainant and the opposite parties not filed for long time.  Even after repeated adjournments the complainant and complainant counsel absent for long time.  No representation also.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No costs.
