Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 13.05.2024. Complainant is not appearing after filing of present complaint. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.05.2024 sufficient opportunity was granted to complainant to address arguments on admission. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
