It is submitted by the complainant that he would prefer to take resort the matter before the approrpirate forum. having jurisdiciton to entertain the same, and sought permission to withdraw the complaint. This Fourm has no jurisdiciton to entertain the above matter since the cause of actin wholly or in part has not been arosed within the jurisdiciton of this Fourm. Under such circumstances, the above complaint stands closed on the file of this Forum reserving the rgith to file the complaint before anyother Forum having jurisdictin to entertain the matter. He is also entitled to get the benefit condoning the delay for the period spent before thisForum. Accordingly complaint stands closed on the file of this forum.
