ORDER

Heard the complainant who is in person and perused the records. The complainant is a retired Government servant has filed the present complaint against the O.P. - Government Servant, allowing non-payment of arrears of DA for the last two years. The said alleged deficiency cannot be considered under the C.P.Act. Hence, the complaint is dismissed. The complainant is at liberty to seek appropriate reliefs before the competent Forum in accordance with law.
