Representative of the Complainant Sri Harish Chandra Bhowmik in person is present.

Learned Advocate Sri Koushik Roy is present for the O.P. No. 1 & 2. 

Learned Advocate for the O.P. No.3 is also present.

It is submitted by Learned Advocates from the O.Ps  and that of the Authorized Representative of the Complainant that the case has been amicably settled. The O.Ps have paid Rs.50,000/- by way of D.D. in the name of the complainant, Tanmoy Bhowmik. A photocopy of the D.D bearing no- 510411 drawn on ICICI Bank has been filed. 

We have heard the Authorized Representative of the complainant Sri Harish Chandra Bhowmik and Learned Advocate appearing for the O.Ps. 

Sri Harish Chandra Bhowmik has admitted that the case has been amicably settled between them and that the complainant is also aware about the settlement.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, we are satisfied that the instant case has been settled outside the Forum.  We have accordingly disposed of the case on compromise.
