          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties and to direct the opposite parties to pay a cost towards compensation as mental agony of Rs.5,00,000 from Vijaya Health Centre and Rs.3,00,000 from Dr.Hariharan and Dr.Vijaya Rajan Ganesan is claimed. This is inclusive of cost of medicine and hospital charges of around Rs.1,00,000 paid.

          This complaint filed before DCDRC Chennai South and numbered of CC 107/2012 was transferred to this commission as per the proceedings of the Registrar SCDRC in RC.NoA1/2282/2018 dated 11.09.2018 and renumbered as CC 371/2018.

1^st Opposite party present. Complainant absent. For several hearings for more than two years and hence has no interest is pending the matter sufficient chances already given. Hence complaint is dismissed for default
