This complainant’s appeal is directed against the order dated November 11^th, 2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sonepat (for short ‘District Forum’), whereby complaint was dismissed on the point of limitation.

2.      Purshotam Dass-complainant took the treatment of root canal of 8 teeth from Dr. Girish Khurana-opposite party (respondent herein) on April 27^th 2009 and May 17^th, 2010 but he was not cured. He filed complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 before the District Forum.

3.      It was the case of the complainant that he had taken the treatment on April 27^th 2009 and May 17^th, 2010 respectively. The complaint was filed on March 16^th, 2016. The complainant has failed to show any record to the treatment taken by him in the year 2009-2010. There is no expert opinion on the record. In view of this, the impugned order passed by the District Forum is perfectly right and requires no interference. The appeal is dismissed.
