Present:       Sh.Sanjeev Malhotra, Advocate for complainant.

                   Today, case is fixed for preliminary hearing. At this stage, Sh.Sanjeev Malhotra, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that due to some technical defect, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint, after curing the technical defect. Documents may kindly be returned.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, after curing the technical defect. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.

avour of Sh.Satish Chander Gupta, s/o Joginder Nath Aggarwal and Munich Gupta s/o Satish Kumar Gupta to deliver the same to complainant Munish Gupta as Munish Gupta became the owner of the half share, which was in the name of Satish Kumar deceased, after his death, vide sale deed bearing wasika no.7347 dated 26.06.2012. The copy of the said sale deed has been placed by the complainant on the file.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Munish Kumar Gupta has suffered a statement that he has received the original sale deed bearing wasika no.26522 dated 16.3.1998 in favour of Sh.Satish Chander Gupta, s/o Joginder Nath Aggarwal and Munich Gupta s/o Satish Kumar Gupta today in the Forum from State Bank of Patiala, through his Assistant Manager Kundan Kumar Lal and he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
