This consumer complaint coming up before us on 31.08.2021 for appearance of both and for arguments this Commission made the following:-

This complaint is posted today for appearance of complainant & for filing proof affidavit or for dismissal. Complainant remained absent for the past many hearings. Today also there is no representation for the complainant. The complaint is of the year 2017. Now almost four years completed. But the complainant had not taken any efforts to appear and file their proof affidavit and conduct the case. The absence of the complainant shows that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore no useful purpose will be served in keeping the complaint on file. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default. No cost.
