ORDER

Both Parties and Counsel present . Sri MH submits IA No.2 under order 32 rule 7 of CPC and IA no.3 under 23 Rule 3 of CPC R/W sec 13(3b)of CP act prays for dismissal of the Complaint as the matter is Settled by praying a sum of Rs.2.00.000/- by way of cash to Complainant being guardian though minor. As Complainant and Sri .BK agreed. Hence the present complaint is Dismissed as fully Settled.
