The complainant  Sri Sunil Ch Kakati alias  Babul Kakati  is present   in person.  His  counsel  ld advocate  Mr  Sushil  Kr Singh   is also present.  The complainant   vide  petition no-  368/17   prays   for allowing   him   to withdraw  the case.  We have  heard  the  complainant  and his  counsel.   In the  petition   , the  complainant   states that  both the  parties  settled  the dispute  outside  of this   forum  and the  opp. party  , as per  settlement  , has  paid  the  complainant  Rs.  50,000/-  vide  Cheque No-  023764  dtd. 09/03/17  . Hence,  the petition   is allowed  and this  proceeding  (the complaint) is  dismissed  on withdrawal.
